Actor and Comedian Kelsey Grammer sold Salma the place in 2007 after owning it for only a year. British F1 racer Lewis Hamilton is a global citizen and is now $49.5 million richer after the sale of his NYC penthouse. He bought the 12,000 sq ft, 3 floored property in 2017 for $44 million, so that’s a profit right there. The 1883-built building unit was once a warehouse.

That explains the 20-ft high ceilings, and the 3,500 square feet of terraces on all sides of the house. Hamilton now also says goodbye to a plunge pool, AV room, private elevator, gas fireplace and large media room. We wonder why he sold this awesome pad.

Drake - ~ $7.7 Million, Hidden Hills

It is believed that Drake dreamed about this Hidden Hills home for years before he actually purchased it for close to $8 million. Dubbed the "YOLO Estate", Drake's extravagant home features a swimming pool, a waterslide, a home theater, and many other things one can only dream about. No wonder he wanted it so bad!

But, this is not his only house. Rumor has it that the rapper has recently purchased yet another property located in Hidden Hills and dropped about $4.5 million on it. He made the purchase in October 2018, according to the sources.

The apartment is part of an international housing project by the Canada-Israel real estate group.

The Bel Air abode consists of 6 buildings, 8 bedrooms, and 11 bathrooms and features more amenities than you can imagine. Oh, and let's not forget the fact that there is a 15-car garage as well and four swimming pools! As of 2018, the couple's combined fortune is $1.255 billion so they can spoil themselves if they want to.

Multiple fancy bedrooms and bathrooms, a pool, spa, wall aquarium – just name a luxury that the house doesn’t have! However, this lavish habitat has now been sold by the athlete and we wonder how difficult it has been for Colin to move out of that dream house!

[the_ad id="14919"]

His cool mansion features seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms which is more than enough for him and his wife, Camila Alves, whom he married in June 2012. Matthew was recently seen in The Gentlemen, Between Two Ferns: The Movie, The Beach Bum, and others.

Reese Witherspoon - ~ $20 Million, Los Angeles

[the_ad id="14919"]

The gorgeous Reese and her husband, Jim Toth, were reportedly thinking about listing their lavish Pacific Palisades home in 2016 for about $20 million. However, this was not confirmed.

They purchased the beautiful property in 2014 for $12.7 million while the mansion was still under construction. It features five bedrooms and five bathrooms as well as a full gym in the finished basement. In July 2018, Witherspoon began hosting the talk show Shine On with Reese produced by her production company, Hello Sunshine.

Chris Cuomo: ~ $2.9 Million, Hamptons

After buying a bright and cheery shingly-style village property in the Hamptons in 2005 for $1.3 million, CNN anchor and host of Cuomo Prime Time, Chris Cuomo has decided to sell it off for $2.9 million. Photographs of the 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home do not do justice to how beautiful it really is!

The 0.6 acre plot on which the 3,000 square foot home is located, is green and lush, and we just love the purple vines climbing the sides of the property. The house is relatively newly built (constructed in 2008) and has all modern amenities, besides a pool, outdoor shower and a vegetable garden in the backyard.

Gretchen Wilson: ~ $1.7 Million, Nashville

[the_ad id="14919"]

Gretchen Wilson sings about her being a ‘Redneck Woman’ in her country track, but her lavish Nashville mansion sure doesn’t look like a proud redneck lives here! The house sits on a 16.75-acre lot and offers 6,970 square feet of living space. Wilson moved here after selling her 360-acre farm in Tennessee’s Wilson County.

With 4 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and plenty of privacy, the house certainly does not compromise on style and top-shelf amenities. The stone fireplace, huge glass windows,  exposed wooden beams, and fire pit lend a classy look to the home. Of course, Gretchen also gets her private recording studio that comes fully-equipped. She tried selling the place in 2016 and asked $1.7 million, but decided not to sell.

Trace Adkins: Unknown Value, Nashville, Tennessee

[the_ad id="14919"]

After country singer Trace Adkins’s 5,719 square foot Brentwood, Tennessee home caught fire in 2011, he sold it off for $140,000 and sought refuge in his Nashville farmhouse, which serves as his family’s rural retreat. He credits his wife Rhonda for how beautiful and comfortable their home is.

The property used to be an old dairy farm and basically a dump when Trace found it. He spent 3 years searching for this perfect getaway and turned it into this idyllic cabin that stands today. It sports a barbecue pavilion, entertainment center, and even comes with the adjoining lot. Trace loves the place so much, he says that he may haunt it after he dies!

Rick Harrison – ~ $4 Million,  Las Vegas

[the_ad id="14919"]

We can fully expect Rick Harrison, of TV’s Pawn Stars fame, to have priceless treasures at his Las Vegas mansion and he does not disappoint. The stain glass windows here date back to the 12th century and his home also features an 800-year-old door! The reality TV star has now put all of it on sale and listed this property for $4 million, after spending $600,000 on renovations.

The 4 bedroom, 7 bathrooms home also comes with a 12-seater home cinema, a 1,000-bottle wine cellar, central sound system, elevator, back-up generator, spa and lagoon-style pool with a waterfall that is 10-feet high! Rick is said to be selling this property as his kids have all grown up and moved out, so he doesn't need all this extra space.

Robin Williams - ~ $7.25 Million, Tiburon, California

[the_ad id="14919"]

Fans of the late actor Robin Williams would be pained to know that the house where the Mrs Doubtfire and Jumanji star was found dead in 2014, is now on the market for $7.25 million. The Mediterranean-style water facing mansion, that has 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, was the last home that Robin and his widow shared and she went to court alleging that she was not receiving enough money to maintain the property.

Built in 1987, the 6,500-square-foot home underwent a massive remodeling project in 2000, where the interiors were given a modern touch, with an indoor-outdoor living concept and huge wide spaces. Out back there is the luxurious pool, entertainment areas and a private bay access for the new owners.

Ree Drummond: Pawhuska, Oklahoma

[the_ad id="14919"]

American blogger, author, culinary writer, photographer, and television personality Anne Marie "Ree" Drummond resides on a working ranch home west of Pawhuska, Oklahoma. Those who follow her TV show The Pioneer Woman know about her huge home, particularly her kitchen!

In 2022, Ree and her husband decided to move away from their Pawhuska home where they raised their children, as the 50-year-old property developed a lot of issues that were difficult to fix. The empty nesters moved to a smaller place next door.

Tom Hanks: ~ $26 Million, Pacific Palisades

[the_ad id="14919"]

Hollywood’s fave actor Tom Hanks, of Sully and Captain Phillips fame, and his wife, actress Rita Wilson are multi-millionaires, as you know. So when it comes to properties and homes they have many – and even a mansion in Greece!

In 2010, they dropped $26 million on this Pacific Palisades home. The cliffside mansion comes with 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and has a very sleek, modern feel to it. The specifics of the limestone property are kept under wraps to protect their privacy.

Rebel Wilson - ~ $9 Million AUD, Sydney Harbour

[the_ad id="14919"]

Actress Rebel Wilson is known for her hilarious roles in the Pitch Perfect movies and Bridesmaids. The Aussie native used to own this mansion in her native Sydney, but has just sold it off for as much as $9 Million AUD.

Rebel paid $3.76 million AUD (about US$2.8 million) for the house in 2015 and said her favorite feature was the elevator, which gives river views going up and down. It has a heated infinity pool, overlooking the Parramatta River. She now has homes in LA and London.

Milo Ventimiglia - Airstream Trailer

[the_ad id="14919"]

Movie and television actor Milo Ventimiglia is known for Gilmore Girls, Heroes and This is Us. Milo is an extremely private person, and doesn’t want anyone peeking inside his Los Angeles home, where he has lived for 20 years now.

However, did he did let us inside his 27-foot Airstream Trailer, after dressing it all up in the home décor line he collaborated on with Lowe’s. He’s driven the trailer all over the US, saying that he loves the comfort it provides. He hopes to airlift it to Australia, next!

Denise Drysdale - ~ $870K, Victoria, Australia

[the_ad id="14919"]

Australian TV personality and comedienne Denise Drysdale has been a staple on Australian television, as a variety entertainer. She was nicknamed Ding Dong, by her fellow performer Ernie Sigley. She is now seen on TV co-hosting the show, Morning 10.

Denise, in 2014, sold off her 4-bed manse in Victoria, to move into her car and follow more nomadic quests. The 4 hectare property has a beautiful timer-panelled kitchen, a sunken lounge, spa, and an outdoor entertainment area with stone barbeque.

Kamala Harris: ~ $1.9 Million, Washington DC

[the_ad id="14919"]

Vice President Kamala Harris recently moved to the official VP residences at Number One Observatory Circle, but she and her husband did have a few more properties in their portfolio. Besides homes in LA and San Fransico, they once owned this condo in DC.

Kamala bought the 1,700-square-foot, 2-bedroom apartment in 2017 for $1.78 million when she was first elected into the Senate. The unit is located in the exclusive Westlight complex with a gym, pool, roof-top lounge, and club. She sold it in 2021 for $1.9 million.

Sarah Palin: ~ $2.28 Million, Scottsdale

[the_ad id="14919"]

With a fresh bid for Congress, former Alaska governor and vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin has no time to spend at her generously sized family home in Arizona and has sold it for ~ $2.28 Million. She bought the 2001-built property in 2011 for $1.695 million.

The 8,000 square-foot home sits on 5 acres of land, and comes with a synthetic lawn for conserving water. It has 6 bedrooms, an alfresco dining patio, a wine cellar, media room, pool, spa, putting green and sports court. The inside is very luxurious, indeed.

Amanda Keller: ~ $2.6 Million, Coogee, Australia

[the_ad id="14919"]

Compared to many of her radio and television host peers, Amanda Keller from The Living Room and Jonesy and Amanda, does not spend lavishly on her residence. She and her husband bought their family home in Coogee in 2001 for $900,000 and still live there!

The suburban home is now valued at $2.6 million, and records show that the 492 sqm block it resides on has hardly been altered, but there was a very expensive kitchen remodel involved. Coogee is known for its crazy traffic, but her home is just 25 mins away from her radio station offices!

Dennis Rodman – ~ $2.35 Million, Orange County

[the_ad id="14919"]

Given his close friendship with North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un and his multiple visits to the country, we fully expected former NBA player Dennis Rodman to own some real estate there. But, as it turns out, Dennis once had a huge ranch-style property in Saddle Hill Ranch, Orange County, which is now on the market for $2.32 million.

Rodman only owned the 5,000-square-foot, 1976-built, 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom property for less than a year, but must have appreciated it’s vaulted and skylight-filled ceilings, not to mention it’s gourmet kitchen. Around the fenced house lies the pool, a horse corral, 3-car detached garage and a storage barn.

Meg Ryan - ~ $10.9 Million, Soho

[the_ad id="14919"]

This is not just any apartment. Meg Ryan's Soho apartment takes up the entire fifth floor and costs $10.9 million. She bought the condo in 2014 and hired a designer and an architect to renovate it, implementing industrial elements.

One of the most popular actresses of the '90s and the '00s, Meg listed the lavish abode in 2017 and it wasn't long before she found a buyer. Well, who (with $10 million in their pocket) wouldn't want to live here? Meg hasn't been acting very much lately. Her most recent film (which was also her directorial debut) was 2016's Ithaca.

Daniel Craig - ~ $6.75 million, Brooklyn

[the_ad id="14919"]

A gleaming London flat might be something that James Bond calls home, but the actor who portrays him on the screen evidently prefers to dwell in a Brooklyn brownstone. One of Cobble Hill’s residences, the property acquires 6,600 square feet of space featuring six bedrooms, five bathrooms, a patio, a roof deck, and a garden.

Among the other highlights of the house are an elevator and high ceilings. Any guesses about who is the one behind this exquisite choice? It’s the actor’s real-life lady love Rachel Weisz who finalized the place, and all that Craig did was – writing a check of $6.75 million!

Maggie Smith - Unknown Value, West Sussex, UK

[the_ad id="14919"]

The TV show Downton Abbey, may have had Dame Maggie Smith living in a regal manor, but in reality, she lives in the picturesque little town of Pulborough in West Sussex in the UK. Her red brick home, which dates back to the 15th century, is where she brought up her two sons, who are also actors.

Dame Maggie bought her home, and the plot it sits on, in 1981 with her late husband Beverley Cross and has lived there ever since. Apart from the 5 bedroom farm house, the property also boasts of a horse stable, 3 barns and orchards that grow pears, walnuts, plums, apples and mulberries!

Jack Lord: ~ $ 800K, Kahala, Hawaii

[the_ad id="14919"]

The 3-bedroom 3,440-square-foot condominium is located at the Kahala Beach complex, and was originally built in 1966. The land under the house is owned by a private trust, and after Lord passed away, $40 million from his wealth was given to various Hawaiian charities.

Britney Spears - ~ $9 Million, California

[the_ad id="14919"

Popstar Britney Spears has moved in and out of countless deluxe houses since she became famous. One of those beautiful homes was her California estate worth $9 million. Britney listed the 5-bedroom house in 2016 because, obviously, she wanted to get a bigger one.

The Thousand Oaks home was expected to sell quickly and she finally found a buyer. The house was sold for $2 million under the asking price. The pop princess started her Britney Spears: Piece of Me tour on July 2018 and she also announced a new Las Vegas residency show for 2019.

Kathie Lee Gifford - ~ $10.5 Million, Florida

[the_ad id="14919"]

A television host, singer-songwriter, author and now an aspiring actress – Kathie sure has that versatility with which she has had a fulfilling professional journey so far. For someone who has presented a show like Today for 11 years, it’s pretty obvious to get million-dollar paychecks. And what could be a better way to use that money than buying palatial properties across the country?

Kathie is no exception to this as she owns multiple houses in different locations, but it’s her Florida-based mansion that is the most deluxe out of all. With 8 bedrooms, spa, gym, pool, and outdoor dining, just imagine the kind of luxury it offers!

Samuel L Jackson - ~ $13 Million, New York City

[the_ad id="14919"]

Actor Samuel L Jackson of Pulp Fiction and Unbreakable fame does not need his NYC apartment anymore, even though it is located in Upper Eastside - one of Manhattan’s most expensive and exclusive property enclaves. Located in the The Leonori building, the doorman greets the visitors here, while the in-house concierge does his best to help all the building’s residents.

Even through Jackson is known for his eccentric personal style, the 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home is very tame-looking and follows a monochromatic color scheme. The apartment gets a lot of natural light thanks to its huge windows, and white walls that reflect that light. What has us perplexed is the TV set in the bathroom. Why, Samuel, why?

Paul Gascoigne - ~ £3 Million, Dorset, UK

[the_ad id="14919"]

Troubled former Tottenham and Newcastle football player Paul Gascoigne usually pops up on the news for all the wrong reasons. These days, he has been renting a £3 Million penthouse in upscale Dorset and the 2-bed apartment is a huge upgrade from his previous home.

Paul is often seen smoking in his balcony, and inside you find an all-white apartment filled with a lot of football memorabilia. Sadly, in 2020, burglars broke into Paul’s home when he was watching TV, stole £140,000 of jewellery, medals and memorabilia and two steaks from his fridge!

Tom Selleck - Unknown Value, Los Angeles

[the_ad id="14919"]

Actor Tom Selleck from TV's Magnum P.I. and Friends, opened up his home to Architectural Digest way back in 1988 to show off his amazingly masculine 1,800-square-foot Los Angeles apartment, which was designed by James Blakeley III. At the time, he had moved temporarily to Hawaii to shoot for Magnum P.I. and used this LA pad as a holiday retreat.

Since Tom made use of a lot of wood for his interiors, floors, walls and furniture, the place looks bigger and more manor-like, and doesn’t resemble an apartment at all! He also filled him home with antique décor and paintings, which must have cost a fortune. These days the Selleck family lives on their 65-acre ranch in Ventura County, California, where Tom grows avocados and his daughter Hannah, runs her own horse breeding stable.

Laura Ingraham - McLean, Virginia

[the_ad id="14919"]

Being a successful television host, Laura Ingraham has garnered plenty of money to buy everything she desires. One of her most expensive possessions is her deluxe mansion that is located in Virginia. The actual price of the property has not been disclosed yet, but it offers all the amenities that make it a luxurious abode.

Other than being a celebrity, Laura also happens to be a doting mom of three kids, and when she is not busy, they all love to have fun time together, especially at the pool which is the special feature of the house.

Paul McCartney - ~ $15.5 Million, Manhattan

[the_ad id="14919"]

Former Beatles singer and musician Paul McCartney already has real estate holdings all over the world, including homes in Arizona, the Hamptons, Bel-Air, and of course in his native UK. But, that did not stop him from buying a huge triplex in Manhattan for $15.5 million, as spent several years looking for a suitable place in NYC.

The new Fifth Avenue pad is a three-story stunner - which comes with 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, a terrace and a 33-foot library - and is located in a pre-war building, which offers amazing views of Central Park below. Even if the interiors seem a little dated, Paul has nothing to worry about, as his daughter famous designer Stella McCartney can surely do up the place in no time.

Richard Simmons - ~ $5.2 Million, Hollywood Hills

[the_ad id="14919"]

He's been staying hidden in his palatial home in Hollywood Hills, California. Simmons reportedly bought the property back in 1987 for only $670,000. It's said to be worth around $5.2 million today. The 4,119 square-foot home sits on half an acre lot and includes 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

Barbra Streisand - ~$11.25 Million, New York City

[the_ad id="14919"]

Legendary songstress and actress Barbra Streisand used to once own this NYC penthouse in the Ardsley building, and it’s now been put up for sale by its current owners for $11.15 million. And before you reach for your cheque book, do know that the 6,235 square foot, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom residence comes with a $12,000 maintenance bill, per month!

Spanning 2 entire floors, with its own private elevator, the Funny Girl actress owned this pad for 40 years, and apparently, the kitchen is just as she left it. The building offers the use of it’s children’s play room, bike room, storage spaces, fitness centre and a library for all it’s residents. [the_ad id="14919"]

It’s not easy to be counted among the finest actors and filmmakers of Hollywood and the quality to excel at either side of the camera is what makes Clint Eastwood a prominent figure in the industry. The fact that he has always been distinctive is evident not only from his work but also the choice of grand mansions that the legend bought after attaining stardom.

Nicole owns other properties as well including one in Tennessee. This stunning 51-year-old Big Little Lies star is busy working on several upcoming projects. In 2018, she appeared in Boy Erased and Aquaman and she is also set to star in 2019's The Goldfinch.

Nicolas Cage  - ~ $10.95 Million, San Francisco

[the_ad id="14919"]

Before foreclosure and bankruptcy plagued Leaving Las Vegas star Nicholas Cage, the actor owned an assortment of off real estate properties, which makes us wonder why he invested in them in the first place. A haunted house, an island, beachfront homes and even European castles. One of his more ‘conventional’ homes was this historic four-story residence in San Francisco.

Cage bought the grandiose Tudor Revival estate in 2006 for $9.4 million and then sold it off in 2006 for only $7.7 million! The 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom home is again on sale for $10.95 million. Apart from amazing views of the city from each room, (even from the gym and wine cellar!), the home sports its original wood detailing, and Gothic-inspired entrance.

[the_ad id="14919"]

Demi Moore can be aptly called the 'lady of the hour', as she's one of the celebrities that's always in the news, largely because of her new but already best-selling autobiographical book Inside Out. When not in the spotlight, the actress stays in what many call, her 'luxury tree house' of a home in Hollywood Hills.

She purchased the property while married to actor Ashton Kutcher back in 2003 and it became their love nest during their eight-year marriage. When they separated, Moore decided to keep living in the four-bedroom abode along with her many dogs. The best feature of the house is its envy-worthy outdoor space that's perfect for entertaining guests - a spacious veranda overlooking a very large pool.

[the_ad id="14919"]

It's understandable that Kim Basinger's career started with modeling, given how gorgeous she looks. She moved from New York to Los Angeles to pursue acting and she hit bullseye in the 1980s. She rose to fame when she was cast as Bond girl Domino Petachi in Never Say Never Again.

Before she took a hiatus from Hollywood, Basinger won a Golden Globe and an Academy Award for her film, L.A. Confidential. One of the homes the actress invested is this modest one in Woodland Hills that's 2,581 square feet large and includes 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Basinger also had a home in Malibu that was destroyed by the 2018 Malibu fire.

Cassandra Peterson - ~ $925K, Los Angeles

[the_ad id="14919"]

Alvira, The Mistress of the Dark, has been portrayed brilliantly by Cassandra Peterson for years now, and unlike her on-screen character, the actress doesn’t live in a dark, spooky castle, but rather in a warm and airy home in Los Angeles. Peterson bought this sweet 1,605-square-foot retreat in 2012 for $925,000, and it comes with 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom and another detached 400-square-foot extra room with its own bath and garden.

With a spacious eat-in kitchen and large living room with ample natural light, the house does look cheery and bright. Since it’s complete restoration in 2009, this Los Angeles property has been done up to accommodate more guests and parties. The huge brick entertainment area and patio open up to the barbecue area and a lovely sitting area that sports a fountain.

Pierce Brosnan - ~$2.95 Million, Santa Monica

[the_ad id="14919"]

Irish-American actor Pierce Brosnan, known for his roles in Mamma Mia! and Bond movies (GoldenEye, Die Another Day and others) has become poorer by almost $3 million. Nothing to be worried about, since he dropped all that money to buy a new 2,319 square foot, single-story home, which can be aptly described as "charming."

The stone-laid walkway, covered front porch, fireplaces, and landscaped backyard only add to the beauty of this place. The home features an upgraded kitchen, French doors that let in plenty of natural light, an office-cum-den, and a 2-car garage. The property was on sale for only a month before Brosnan snagged it.

Al Pacino - ~ $3.3 Million, Palisades, New York

[the_ad id="14919"]

Acting legend Al Pacino, who we absolutely love in The Godfather movies, recently parted with a guest house on his property. And would you believe that the guest house is 4,340 square feet large with 3 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms to offer? Compared to the entire 3.5 acre compound, huge main residence and lawn that is soccer pitch-sized, the all-white guest house is pretty stamp-sized.

The property was first listed for an estimated $4.5 million and but sold after a significant fall in its asking price. The new owners, producers and songwriters Sabelle and Curt Frasca, also get to enjoy the company of Al, who is still said to retain the main house on the estate.

Bo Derek - Unknown Valie, Santa Ynez, California

[the_ad id="14919"]

Bo Derek, the gorgeous actress and model we have seen in movies such as 10 and Tarzan, the Ape Man, is in an odd predicament. After moving into her 10.5-acre ranch in California’s Santa Ynez area with boyfriend John Corbett (of SATC fame), she doesn’t know how to do up the interiors! The cliff manor, as she describes it, must have Spanish influences in it, since she owns and keeps Spanish horses there and she has grown up in Spanish homes.

Not wanting to hire an interior designer, Bo and John have done up the place themselves and it contains a few unexpected pieces of décor: things they have stolen off their movie sets. Like the moose head from John’s movie Northern Exposure, which Bo hangs in the bar in their living room!

Guy Fieri – ~ $1.1 Million, Santa Rosa

[the_ad id="14919"]

At the mention of Guy Fieri’s house, we are sure the first thing you thought about was his kitchen. We don’t blame you in that case as he is someone who reminds us of food and calls his kitchen his home office. The restaurateur has paid special attention while decorating his special corner, making it the highlight of his California home.

Another major attraction of this property is an amazing backyard that includes a pool, trampoline, and basketball hoop. In other words – this place is a child’s dream, and being a loving father, Fieri has made sure to choose the best for his kids!

Melissa Gilbert - Undisclosed Amount, Michigan

[the_ad id="14919"]

Of all the houses Melissa Gilbert has lived in, no doubt that the family home shown in the TV show Little House on the Prairie is the one that's most famous. Coming in on the second spot, perhaps, was her Brighton-area log home that she shared with her husband, Timothy Busfield.

The actress called it their own " Little House in the Big Woods." Gilbert decided to live in Michigan when she married Busfield, but moved to New York in 2018 to get close to work. The couple decided to auction off the things inside their Brighton home, including an autographed period costume worn by Gilbert in the Little House on the Prairie.

The two-story main home and guest house offer 5,500-square-feet of living area, which is all located behind a gated parcel of land that is 2-acre large.

With floor to ceiling glass doors, exposed brick walls, a wine cellar, saltwater swimming pool, decks, a bar, barbecue pit, dry sauna, spa, and a whole lot of greenery and trees. Norris also had a lake on the property which should be easier to maintain now that it has it's own ecological habitat.

The driveway leading to the house is a mile long, and the property also comes with a 6-car garage, a lookout tower, spa and infinity edged swimming pool, a gift wrapping room, private dock and pond, multiple outdoor areas for entertaining guests and central heating and air-conditioning. There's also news that there's a hidden helipad somewhere, so Kenny can zoom around the country whenever he has to beat the traffic!

Joanne Woodward - ~ $2.4 Million, Connecticut

[the_ad id="14919"]

Although actress Joanne Woodward (of The Long, Hot Summer fame) never lived on this property with her husband, the late actor Paul Newman, she did buy this house for her mother to live in. Now, the entire estate, consisting of a big house and a smaller one (formerly owned by Woodward) is on sale for $7,499,000 and $2,399,000, respectively.

Interested buyers may also shell out $9,898,000 for the entire 10.46 acres of land, on which both the houses and a barn stand. The property has the Aspetuck river running through it, a heated swimming pool, 5 fire places and a wine cellar cum tasting room, among other things. Any takers?

Kevin Costner – Unknown Value, Aspen

[the_ad id="14919"]

With multiple properties that were purchased over the years, it made sense for the Dances with Wolves star Kevin Costner to start making some money off of them. Like any sensible property investor, he has now decided to rent out his Aspen, Colorado home to vacationers with deep pockets.

More luxury resort than a mountain lodge, each night’s stay here costs a whopping $30,000. While the main house is 5,800 square foot large and offers 6 bedrooms and six bathrooms, the 160-acre estate can easily accommodate as many as 27 people in its two other lodges. Costner’s rental is a photographer’s delight with the nearby Roaring Fork River, rocky mountains and mature trees.

Mike Wolfe - Nashville, Tennessee

[the_ad id="14919"]

Mike Wolfe turned his interest into a source of income and has had much success doing so with his show American Pickers, which has been airing since 2010. The house he and his family lives in perfectly complements his successful career. Sitting on 32 acres of woodland, the property has a 5,100 square foot interior.

It was the perfect home for them since it featured many vintage details like a small iron gate that dates back to the 1860s. With a total of four porches and enough rooms to accommodate everyone including his dogs and motorcycles, it’s unlikely that Wolfe will be moving out anytime soon.

Donna Mills - ~ $6.2 Million, Brentwood, California

[the_ad id="14919"]

[the_ad id="14919"]

Apart from 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, the special features of the house include raw wood, natural textures, and leafy garden views that tell everything about Hough’s unique choice.

[the_ad id="14919"]

The businessman they sold it to ended up selling it for $38 million, according to the sources. Bon Jovi purchased another home fit for a rockstar in 2017 and shelled out $18.94 million.

Although, we do suspect that it would get much easier for him to get more acting jobs in LA.

This home was jointly bought by the actor and his ex-wife Melanie Griffith, and when they divorced in 2015, Antonio gained sole ownership by paying her $2.28 million for it. The elegant co-op apartment has black lacquer painted walls and matching beamed ceilings, which look very expensive, but the direct view of Central Park is quite priceless.

The 5 bedroom, 5,5 bathroom home would obviously be much more comfortable than his small prison cell!

The property is located in a gated community and sits right next to a golf course, although Simpson has been also spotted putting away on his personal golf course inside his compound. Apart from the 7 bedroom, 7 bathroom house (including 2 bedrooms for the staff), there are two single-bedroom guesthouses next to the large 2-bathroom pool house.
