Although Jodie Foster officially came out about her gender orientation during the 2013 Golden Globes, the actress had previously been in a long-term relationship with Cydney Bernard. The two have two children together, but unfortunately, ended their 15-year relationship in 2008.

In 2014, just a year after her coming out at the famous awards show, Foster married girlfriend Alexandra Hedison, an actress and photographer, at an undisclosed location. Foster is, of course, known for being an award-winning actress, and a director. Her most famous films include Taxi Driver, The Accused, and Silence of the Lambs.

Sobriety also meant he had time to meet new people, such as producer Susan Downey, on the sets of her movie Gothika. She had rejected his amorous advances on two different occasions but the ever-charming Robert managed to win her over.
